In a market filled with long-established names, Lush Real Estate was built differently.
Born from the evolution of our Boutique Custom Home Build Company, Regal Building Co, established in 2020, Lush Real Estate was created in response to a clear demand from our clients.
With nearly half of our Regal Building projects developed as investment properties to sell, lease, or subdivide we recognised the need for a more integrated approach. One that didn’t end at handover.
Today, Lush Real Estate offers a seamless in-house experience, uniting both our family businesses — Regal Building and Lush Real Estate to deliver expertise in Custom Boutique Home Builds, Premium Real Estate Sales, and Property Management all in our one Office Location at Kensington Park, S.A.
For our clients, this means one cohesive team overseeing every stage from custom boutique home builds, property staging and styling, through to property launch, sale, or lease.
And it doesn’t stop there.
Our Real Estate Services extend beyond our build clients, with many South Australian Buyers and Vendors trusting us exclusively to sell and manage their investment properties.

SHERRY SPENDLOVE
With a deep understanding of the Adelaide property market, Sherry is a dedicated Real Estate
professional who thrives on delivering outstanding results for her clients.
Her expertise in market trends, sharp negotiation skills, and commitment to exceptional service
set her apart in the industry. But her knowledge extends far beyond Real Estate alone.
As a qualified Interior Designer and Certified expert in Interior Property Staging and Styling,
Sherry has an exceptional eye for design, functionality, and market appeal.
Alongside Lush Real Estate, Sherry co-manages Regal Building, a Residential Building and
Construction Company she runs with her partner, where she leads the Interior Design and Client
Selections process and with the convenience of both their businesses being under the same roof
at Kensington Park, S.A as a one stop location for Boutique New Home Builds, Sub Divisions and
Real Estate Sales and Property Management, making it the perfect all in one service for many.
Sherry possesses in-depth knowledge of home structure, quality craftsmanship, and what truly
adds value to a property.
This unique combination allows her to guide clients not just on buying or selling but also on how to
enhance a home’s potential prior to the sale—whether through renovations, styling, new
investment home builds or strategic upgrades.
